Emballator Mellerud Plast AB has on the 6th of November entered into an agreement with Falkemballage to acquire its business. The transaction is expected to close during the month of December. Falkemballage, owned and managed by Niklas Oliv and Magnus Nevbäck, is a producer of blow molded packaging located in Falkenberg, Sweden.
